Electrostatic spray surface cleaning is the way of spraying an
electrostatically charged particles onto surfaces and objects.
Electrostatic spray uses solution which is combined with
motor/compressor forces and atomized by an specially designed
nozzles & electrode inside the sprayer. Hence, the spray contains
charged particles that can forcefully stick to surfaces and objects.
Since the particles in the spray are charged, they stick to and coat
any surface they're targeted at.
The nature of the Electrostatic
charged particles permits it to coat evenly on uneven shaped
objects surfaces even if the particles are only sprayed from one
side. After the spray is applied, the sanitizing agent attempts to
disinfect the covered surfaces. Thus, electrostatic spray is an a
brilliant solution for germ and contaminant ridden areas.
We know The nature's low, Opposite charges attract and same charges repel each other. On this simple phenomenon the electrostatics spraying system works. So, spraying particles is Electrostaticlly charged, permitting the suitable sanitizers, mold preventatives and disinfectants to wrap around and uniformly coat all types of surfaces for a more sanitized than conventional sprayers. As the chemical exits from the electrostatic sprayer, it's given a positive electrical charge. Then the droplets become attracted to all negative surfaces, covering the visible area, underside and backside, with the sanitizing agent. Surfaces that are already covered will repel the spray particles to cover more surface area and never overlap each other. This makes electrostatics spraying system extremely ecient.
